FB220 SEMI-WORSTED CARDING MACHINE

Application:

Model FB220 semi-worsted carding machine is the innovatively designed product for the semi-worsted process flow in our country. With the functions of Cylinder, rollers and flats, this machine can finely open, comb, clean and condense the natural fibers such as cashmere, wool, cotton, silk and jute, man-made fibers and synthetic fibers that have been opened and oiled  by teaser card into slivers of fixed weight for the next drawing process.

Features:
1. Adopt combined structure of double Cylinder, roller carding and flats carding in technology for the machine, which is equipped with special use metallic wires to realize low damage, high production and fine combing.

2. Adopt large volume vibration automatic feeding machine to feed evenly and accurately.

3. Adopt sawtooth or comb pin type taker-in and double roller feeding to reduce fiber damage.

4. Staged calender makes sliver surface smooth and clean; with wing structure on both sides of Cylinder to remove accumulated flyings.

5. The single-position and 3-position automatic can changer can be selected by users.

6. Adopt PLC control, inverter, touch screen to realize high electromechanical integration of the whole machine.

7. Equipped with half-enclosed cover, beautiful  and convenient maintenance.

8. This machine is applicable to carding and slivering of multi-component fibers.
